- webR5 is the central point for administrative, auditing, reporting, and route building functions. Work routes are built by read route and sequence for initial AMI meter conversion visits or by individual service delivery points for clean up, appointments, and maintenance.
- mobileR5 manages work orders in the field with quality checks at critical data entry points. Closing reads are checked against expected ranges while badgenumbers and service delivery points are verifiied using location based technologies. Clients run on 2 Technologies ruggedized handhelds with integrated camera, bar code scanner, 802.11 b/g WLAN, and GPS.
- auditR5 is for field quality audits to measure field force performance against service level agreements. Available with best practice process audit questions out of the box or easily configure questions and responses to meet your projects SLA objectives.
